What to include
Please include the following so we can help you faster:
- Store name and email on the SleetPOS account
- Device: Android tablet (cash register), iPhone (manager app), or web dashboard
- What happened: the action you took and what you saw
- Screenshot or screen recording if the issue is visual
- Approximate time the issue happened (so we can pull logs)
Common questions
I can't sign in to the iOS app. Try the "Forgot password?" link on the login screen — it sends a reset email. If that doesn't work, email support with the email address on the account and we'll reset it manually.
My products don't show on the iOS app even though they're on the dashboard. The iOS app pulls live from Firestore — if you don't see your products, your store may not be linked to the email you signed in with. Email support so we can verify the link.
SMS receipts aren't being sent to my customers. SMS requires Twilio A2P 10DLC brand approval, which is configured per-store. If your dashboard's Marketing & Compliance settings show "Brand registration pending," your brand is still in review with The Campaign Registry. Approval typically takes 24-48 hours but can be longer for new businesses.
Where is my data stored? Firebase Firestore, in Google Cloud's us-central1 region. Your data is yours — we never sell or share it with third parties for advertising. See our Privacy Policy for details.
